I was happy with hotel's great and awesome location in a nice area with beautiful views. The food provided was DELICIOUS. Location: the venue was not far from a club house, Knysna and beyond to The Heads, and the lagoon. No reason to complain, the venue met needs.

The hotel was WONDERFUL and well appointed with awesome location very close to a lagoon, the sea and the heads on the mountain side, and the golf course which looked spectacular. I really enjoyed the room with a view, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel is exceptionally comfortable and in an awesome location in Knysna. the room was perfectly clean and absolutely gorgeous with views of the hills. the room also had a kitchen area, storage, and coffee.

The views from our room were breathtaking, with stunning panoramas of the surrounding nature. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. We were delighted to find that the hotel had a generator, ensuring that we didn't experience any inconvenience during loadshedding.

The lack of a kids club and a heated pool specifically for children. Although there was a play park for younger kids, it would have been nice if there were more options for them to enjoy.

Guests would want to extend their stay here because they loved the beautiful location, delicious breakfast, and immaculate, stunning rooms that come at a reasonable price.
